01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 768jl platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or the 768jl mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 768jl.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the platform immediately and refrain from creating an account. Your continued use of 768jl after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 768jl, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. We take our age restriction seriously and enforce it through identity verification. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed and any funds held pending review.
• Jurisdiction: 768jl is intended for players located in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that your access and use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your location.

• One account only: You may hold only one active account on 768jl. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a violation of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

768jl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting identity documents and other supporting information. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration and Security

When registering for a 768jl account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact details, and any other information requested during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

• Accurate information: You must not use a false identity, someone else's identity, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

• Biometric login: The 768jl mobile app supports biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID) on compatible devices. This is a convenience feature and remains subject to the same security responsibilities as standard login.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 768jl support immediately using the contact details in your account dashboard.
• KYC verification: Before withdrawals are processed, you may be required to submit identity documents for verification. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms and is required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 768jl are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is required — your balance is maintained entirely in PHP.

• Accepted methods: Deposits may be made via Philippine bank transfer, GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet or online banking methods made available on the Deposit page. Accepted methods are updated periodically.
• Prohibited deposit methods: Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 768jl. Attempting to deposit via prohibited methods will result in the transaction being rejected.
• Minimum deposits: Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method. Current minimum amounts are shown on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using funds obtained through fraudulent means is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Processing times: Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Most e-wallet and online banking deposits are reflected in your account balance promptly after payment confirmation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the processing timelines of the selected payment method. All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso.

• Verification requirement: Your account must have completed identity verification before a withdrawal can be approved. Submitting accurate documents promptly avoids delays.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games on the 768jl platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and eBingo rooms — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible before play begins. The general gameplay conditions below apply across all categories.

• Fair play: All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (for RNG games) or live dealer draws (for live casino and eBingo), ensuring outcomes are random and not influenced by the platform or individual player accounts.
• Game availability: 768jl reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games in the Game Lobby at any time without prior notice.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended system behaviour to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Allowing another person to access or use your account
• Circumventing any security, verification, or access control mechanism on the platform

10 Privacy and Data

768jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

This includes data provided during registration and KYC, transaction records, gameplay history, and device and connection information collected during your sessions. Your data is used to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, and improve the player experience.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

768jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions
• Inactivity over an extended period (dormancy terms apply as notified in account communications)

In cases of account closure due to breach, 768jl may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of funds may apply. Players whose accounts are closed due to non-breach reasons — such as voluntary closure or platform exit — will have their eligible balance returned subject to completed verification.

12 Limitation of Liability

768jl provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and game reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 768jl is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, network failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
